Here’s how you can use the oils:

TOPICAL

Use the diffuser to disperse the oils throughout the room. This distributes the molecules of the oils in the air without losing their therapeutic effect.

AROMATIC

To ensure that the oils are optimally absorbed by your skin, I recommend using a carrier oil. I will, of course, advise you on the appropriate dilution (depending on the oil and your age).

INTERNAL

Many of doTERRA’s oils are approved for internal use. Depending on the oil, you can take them in a glass of water or fill a veggie capsule with them.
